We are looking for an experienced agronomist to lead the agronomy R&D and be a part of our agronomy department.Responsibilities:● Perform innovative research for new growing methods and tools.● Develop growth protocols for new plant varieties.● Be a part of the development of new systems.● Responsibility for the company’s R&D systems.Requirements:● M.Sc.. in plant science or a related field - (required).● Proven experience in agricultural R&D in fields of fertilization, propagation, plant physiology,developing growth protocols & Closed indoor systems- At least 3 years - (required).● Experience with statistical tools and data analysis -(required).● Previous experience with hydroponics - (Advantage).● Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills.● Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.● Strong technical skills.● Fluent in English ( Writing & speaking).Submit your C.V
